Our mission is to provide support to those 55+ in the Town of Bridgewater and Municipality of Lunenburg by adhering to the 7 Healthy Aging Habits for Optimal Health and offering interactive programs through mental, physical and social recreation. At Flourish, we also recognize the need for Nutritional Health support, and provide, through food programs such as Community Kitchen and Let’s Preserve, food security for those 55+ that are in need.
