Chair Yoga with Jamie starts at the Flourish Centre Tuesday, June 10th from 6-7 pm. Jamie Atkinson comes with years of experience and certification. This program will take place on the first, second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Centre in the evening from 6-7 pm.
There are many benefits for doing chair yoga. It helps to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and pain management. It will help reduce stress, improve your mood and also help you sleep better. It is suitable for all ages. You do not have to be a member to take part in this class.
$3.00 for non-members.
